Jinibara State School was constructed during 1995 and opened in 1996 to cater for students in the growth corridor of the Narangba Valley. Jinibara's maiden year saw enrolments of around 200 students, providing service for Preschool to Year Seven. Enrolments and infrastructure, grew rapidly in the following years.The school's founding philosophy, Excellence through Partnership, espoused that teachers, parents and students should work closely to ensure student success.Jinibara State School prides itself on being a community minded organization that works closely with local businesses and families.
We value the partnership that exists between home and school and aim to work together with families to provide an education that not only prepares students for the future they will create, but provides the skills and processes to access ongoing learning and information for life. Our staff are committed and caring, and work to ensure our students continue to improve academically, socially and emotionally.
