Bartender

**Mama Le x Rebel** is a Vietnamse Fusion Restaurant. Located in Kensington 3031.

**We are on the lookout for an experienced Bartender to join our team. Menu is cocktail focused.**

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous Experience preferred
- Cocktail experience preferred
- Wine knowledge but not essential - training can be provided
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
- Time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Friendly personality and team player
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Well presented, punctual and good attitude
- Front of house experience would be advantageous
- This role is mainly bar focused but days can include front of house duties.
- **Availability must be able to work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights consistently.**
