The Business

The Role

Join the Legal team and play a vital role in supporting the Company Secretary of the Group by:
- Permanent part-time - 3 days per week- Maintaining relevant statutory registers and ASIC records.- Preparation of meetings, meeting minutes, drafting resolutions and circulation of documents.- Maintaining the corporate calendar including preparation of annual calendar, distributions calendar and annual statutory reporting calendar.- Advise and support on matters of corporate governance, statutory and regulatory developments, as well as best practice requirements and standards.- Managing intellectual property assets including ensuring ongoing business name registrations and effecting registrations in respect of new acquisitions.- Assist with capital raising initiatives, drafting reports and annual statements.- Completing and reviewing regulatory forms, lodging documents/notifications with regulatory bodies, payment of invoices and updating internal records.- Assisting with AFSL and AML compliance.

Your Background- 5 years plus experience in a similar company secretarial support role- Corporate Governance qualification - highly desirable- Exceptional organisational and time management skills- Excellent written and oral communication skills and willingness to assist others in the office- Proactive, with energy and commitment for working in a dynamic environment- Strong working knowledge of regulatory online portals
