This critical role involves managing documentation, coordinating communication between stakeholders, and assisting in the scheduling and tracking of construction projects.

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Pre-Site Operations management :Work in conjunction with the Complete Homes Development Manager to oversee the daily operations of the pre-site team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Sales Support' Manage and track sales documentation, including deposit schedules, contract amendments, and customer files. Assist the external real estate agents in preparing contracts, proposals, and documentation for new home sales.
- Construction Administration: Support the construction team in managing timelines, scheduling, and progress tracking for construction projects. Maintain accurate records of project milestones, inspections, and approvals.
- Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing updates on project status and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Process Improvement: Assist in streamlining administrative processes across the sales and construction departments to improve efficiency
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and months reports on contract status, construction updates and settlements.
- Quality Assurance: Assist The Complete Homes Development Manger in ensuring all documentation is prepared accurately in accordance with Complete Homes expectations.
- Internal and External Relationships: Ensure that relationships with all internals departments, external real estate agents, suppliers and contractors are maintained and improved.

- Relevant experience in a customer focused role withing a time critical working environment.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Housing industry, construction or real estate preferred.
- Working knowledge of the building and construction process.
- Intermediate Microsoft WORD and EXCEL computer skills.
- Superior / advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised - ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities.
