WHO are we?

In the early 90's the first Tree of Life store opened its doors in Sydney's Balmain. The idea was to engage with free spirits, regardless of age, size, gender or religion. - Retail experience in fashion, jewellery or homewares is desired but not a deal breaker.

The Role: STORE MANAGER

At Tree of Life, a Store Manager should be motivated, personable, expressive in their style, and above all a leader and inspiration to their Tribe to help them achieve their best.

As Store Manager you will be able to multitask, delegate, lead from the front and cultivate a gold standard customer experience within your store. From stock control to Tribe training, from visual merchandising to tracking your KPI's, you as the leader of the Tribe will be responsible for it all.

With support from your Area Manager, you will be an advocate for your store and Tribe.

CAN YOU?
- Provide a minimum of 2 years experience in Retail Management (Fashion Retail preferred)?
- Lead and mentor a Tribe to deliver authentic, high quality customer service?
- Deliver feedback effectively in a timely manner?
- Analyse stock effectively to maximise sales?
- Use your creative flair to complete Visual Merchandising directives whilst staying in line with company standards?
- Inspire your Tribe and customers to embrace the Tree of Life brand through your own personal style and fashion knowledge?
- Create a positive vibe in store that reflects the Tree of Life ethos?
- Work a Tuesday-Saturday roster and are available to work during holiday periods and over Christmas?
