Sika Australia is currently seeking to engage a
- **Target Market**
**Flooring - Market Field Manager **to join our Team.
- The Market Field Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the Target Market Manager.**Exciting Challenges**
- Business development in key areas of Construction such as the Food industry, Health Sciences Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Defence, etc.
- Seeking business with key owners, developers and designers
- Training of Technical Sales and Installers (Internal and External) via Practical/Hands on and Technical training sessions
- Product development/testing (new & existing products and systems)
- Development, introduction and launch of any new technology or alterations to existing products
- Liaising with the Lab for all product related initiatives, development and testing
- Handling technical enquiries (from the sales team and contractors)
- Assisting with the handling of product claims/disputes related to product performance
- Assisting the Target Market and Sales team in the field for technical consultation and presentations of a technical nature if required
- Assisting with technical aspects for KOM and KPM when required
- Co coordinating technical aspects of product launches

**We Need Your Skills**

**A LITTLE ABOUT YOU**

To be successful within this role, you will have:

- Relevant work experience in Protective Flooring and coatings is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of the areas of construction that Protective Resin Flooring and cementitious Flooring is used
- Highly developed sales and negotiation skills
- Computer literacy skills - experience with MS Office, Salesforce, ERP systems (e.g. SAP), business systems and quality management system is highly regarded
- Report writing and presentation skills
- The ability to work independently and manage time and schedule without direct supervision.
- The ability to develop and maintain professional and interpersonal relationships
