**About the role**
TeamKids OSHC Inclusion Support Educators are exceptional individuals, enthusiastic about making an impact in the lives of children in their care across a range of services.
- Impact the lives of children with disabilities and additional needs and their families by supporting and facilitating a fun and enriching program that is truly remarkable
- Modify activities to encourage and facilitate participation for children with additional needs
- Be able to follow a Behaviour Management Plan and behaviour guidance principals
- Complete observations/reflections
- Work alongside a Director of Service, 2IC Coordinator, and Educators
- Provide an inclusive and fun environment in which children are safe, engaged and well supervised
