Your Impact as Store Manager
You’ll bring strong commercial acumen, a passion for customer experience, and the ability to coach and inspire your team to achieve store targets and KPIs. You’ll lead the way in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving team development, and overseeing all visual merchandising and operational functions.
A Day in the Life
- Lead your team to consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through customer-first service and strategic sales execution.
- Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of growth and succession planning.
- Manage stock sell-through, visual merchandising, and compliance across payroll, rostering, and store procedures.
- Build smart, commercial rosters that maximise productivity during peak trading hours.
- Champion the Lorna Jane brand by connecting your team to our philosophy and engaging with the local community.
