ABOUT
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pick Packers to join our team at our bustling cosmetic packaging factory in Dandenong South. As a Pick Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate packaging of cosmetic products for distribution. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a smooth packaging process will directly contribute to the quality and efficiency of our operations.
EMBRACE YOUR ROLE
Retrieve and gather cosmetic products from designated storage areas based on order specifications.
Inspect products for defects, damages, or quality issues before packaging.
Assemble packaging materials, including boxes, labels, and inserts, according to product requirements.
Accurately and efficiently pack cosmetic products into designated packaging materials, ensuring proper alignment and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with other team members, including supervisors and quality control staff, to ensure consistent quality and smooth workflow.
Adhere to production schedules and meet daily packaging targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Operate packaging equipment, such as sealing machines, tape dispensers, and labeling machines, following operating procedures and safety guidelines.
YOUR SKILLS AND JOURNEY
Previous experience in cosmetics manufacturing or packaging environment is mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of safety regulations and willingness to adhere to safety protocols at all times.
