**Description**:
Join a dedicated, friendly team who really care about the work that we do for the people we house. You will work very closely with a dynamic team of Tenancy Assistants and Tenancy Officers. We pride ourselves in our collaborative work which focuses on the provision of person-centred tenancy management.
The Tenancy Officer role is to provide a person-centred tenancy management service for a portfolio of Housing Choices WA properties. Based in Mandurah and Peel region, we offer a high quality customer service and ensuring compliance, and protection of the property asset, whilst operating within a supportive landlord model.
As a Tenancy Officer, you will be an integral part of the team. Duties revolve around the management of a portfolio of Housing Choices WA tenancies, offering high quality customer service and ensuring compliance, and protection of the property asset, whilst operating within a supportive landlord model.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**What you'll bring**:

- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of property management practices and principles, including the Residential Tenancies Act, inspection processes and property maintenance requirements.
- Strengths in customer service, in particular strong communication and negotiation skills and proven ability to find solutions to complex problems and work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Well-developed organisational skills to manage workload and competing priorities.
- Previous experience working in a team environment and willingness to provide assistance and support to other team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
- A current Western Australian driver’s licence.
