As a Technical Analyst, you will proactively engage with diverse groups of stakeholders, gather business and technical requirements in the context of data modelling, and assist with delivering those requirements. You will have the opportunity to complete feature demonstrations, assist in data modelling workshops, produce reference documentation and address ad-hoc support queries.
For Data Modelling Framework operationalisation, you will facilitate a consistent data modelling lifecycle across the enterprise (creation, governance, maintenance, retiring), liaise with Data Architects and Data Modelers. Your role will initially support adoption of the newly implemented Erwin data modelling platform and operationalisation of the Data Modelling Framework across Macquarie, with opportunity for increased coverage across Data Architecture.

- 3+ years of experience in a technical or business analysis role, supporting data projects from requirements gathering to design and development.
- Experience with data modelling tools such as Erwin and a working knowledge of data modelling.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end project lifecycle, AWS or GCP data stacks, SQL, PowerBI, Agile methodology, collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence. Exposure to data management concepts and data governance tools such as Collibra.
