**In this Small Business Banker role, you will**
- Undertake sales related requirements for a portfolio of the small business customers
- Build relationships with our brokers and proprietary customers to create and action new business opportunities as well as supporting our existing customers
- Be at the forefront of converting leads into wins, fuelling growth and delivering impressive results
- Perform credit analysis and approve requests for temporary excesses/increased limits up to DCA
- Drive customer portfolio risk and compliance, establishing working Relationships with key stakeholders
- Be the key driver in growing our reach and ensuring existing customers stay engaged, satisfied, and committed for the long haul

**You will bring experience**
- Managing lending and product requests for our small business customers
- Understanding customers business needs to provide holistic banking solutions
- Strong networking and relationship management skills to grow your portfolio year on year
- Accountability for managing customer complaints and escalations until resolution is reached
- Drive customer portfolio risk and compliance
- Track record of experience across lending and navigating the credit process
