**About the role**:
The Coles Supermarket Online Department helps get our online grocery orders selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. The orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect / concierge service or delivered to our customers in our Coles delivery vans. Reporting to the Online Department Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the afternoon and evening running of the online department. You’ll take pride in contributing to a customer experience that’s welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members and community. This is an excellent opportunity to take your retail leadership experience to the next level.

**About you and your skills**:

- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team
- Take a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control and rostering needs
- To be flexible with your afternoon and evening working hours
- To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
- To be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
- Drive a one team culture that recognises and celebrates success
