**About the Positon**:
We are seeking a Sales Consultant - Compact Construction Equipment to join our Hastings Sales Team. As a Sales Consultant, you will bring enthusiasm and a passion for success to learn and be part of a team dedicated to offering world-class customer service and solutions.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Represents the company for the sale of equipment to customers within a geographic area
- Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership.
- Implement and maintain regular call cycles within a given area of responsibility.
- Maintain all customer information in assigned territory for sales management.
- Understand and adhere to a clearly defined sales process.
- Achieves sales objectives set by Brandt as part of the sales planning process, including but not limited to market share.
- Maintain assigned company vehicles and equipment.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of customer events, including conducting new equipment field demonstrations.
- Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
- Attend applicable sales training events/seminars.

**What are we looking for?**
- Sales industry experience and comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment are considered an asset.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Highly motivated and self-directed.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
- Must be able to obtain or have a valid passport and travel internationally.
