**_ The Opportunity_**

As a **Room Leader (Diploma qualified)** at **Calwell Early Childhood Centre**, you will play a key role in implementing and delivering high-quality educational play-based programs for children aged 0-5.

You will establish warm, nurturing relationships with each child and friendly, supportive relationships with their families while attending to children's learning and well-being throughout the day.

As an Educator, you will support, contribute to, and assist in developing innovative and responsive educational programs that are informed by the principles, practices, and outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.

**_ What's needed to succeed?_**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, OR be actively working towards this qualification.
- A minimum of 12 months of experience working in an Early Learning setting.
- Leadership capabilities - to lead, mentor and provide support to other Educators.
- A solid understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity, with a passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Commitment to Anglicare's mission, compassion, respect, justice, and excellence values.
