Merricks North, Australia jackalope hotels Full time

Work in a unique property in an amazing team environment. Our room attendants and public areas attendants are key members of the Housekeeping team and responsible for the cleaning of the hotel and guests rooms. We are looking for room attendants who take pride in their work, has attention to detail and sustain an exceptional level of service standards.

You Will Be Responsible For

Cleaning guest rooms to the hotel’s high standards
Ensure fully stocked with guest amenities
Linen items are refilled, replaced and stored correctly
Complete allocated tasks, working systematically from room to room within the specified time frame
Ensure all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly
Use appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes, ensuring safe work practices are maintained
Ensure that a correct hand over is given at the end of shift with the housekeeping supervisor/manager
Assist in the cleaning of all public areas of hotel, including bathrooms, restaurants and hallways
All WH&S policies and procedures are followed
Public areas are maintained and cleaned to a high standard

Experience in a similar role.
Strong appreciation for guest satisfaciton.
Immaculate presentation and grooming.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility with various shifts when required.
Most importantly, a humble individual who thrives on exceeding the guest's expectations through their genuine demeanour.

Requirements and Availability

Monday through to Sunday shifts - we are open 7 days a week.
