We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead a dedicated team at Westfield Marion, Adelaide. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the shopping experience for our valued customers and ensuring the store's success. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and fashion-forward individual to join a leading menswear brand and make a significant impact.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, and develop strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
- Effectively communicate with the regional management team to provide feedback and share insights.

- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a fashion retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for men's fashion and a keen eye for style.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
