The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, this position is responsible for delivering the stores financial targets and company key performance indicators focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. This role will also build a team that is empowered to exceed within the retail store.
Key Responsibilities
- To drive sales, profit and ensure the achievement of all KPI’s as set by the company
- Provide inspirational leadership, training and developing team capability
- Lead with a focus on strong people management
- Maintain a focus on commercial acumen ensuring the team have an understanding of the performance of the store
- Manage effective control of costs
- Drive a customer centric culture creating a warm and genuine customer service experience
- Adhere to all company behaviours, policies and procedures
- Proven experience in managing a boutique fashion retail business
- A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
- Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
- Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach
- Experience managing the performance, training and development of a team
- Skills associated with driving productivity with team members
