We are looking for Employment Services Superstars to join our team. A variety of roles and locations across the ACT are available.

About Us

The Personnel group is a not for profit organisation that has been supporting people in our community for over 35 years. We provide programs and services that support our participants to live fully and equally in their community. We have offices located across Metropolitan and Regional New South Wales, Victoria and in the ACT.

**Description**:

We are looking for people with a background in delivering great customer service such as retail, hospitality, childcare, aged care and administration. if you seek joy in helping other people set and achieve goals, these roles will suit you.

**We have positions available in the following roles**:
Employment Consultants
Employer Relationship Coordinator

These are Monday to Friday roles, full-time or Part time with flexible work options.

Multiple positions based in Tuggeranong, Belconnen, Braddon & Phillip area.

You will form part of The Personnel Group’s wider team which provides employment services across Regional New South Wales, Victoria and ACT.

Our goal is to attract and move jobseekers into genuine employment and support our jobseekers and their employer to ensure employment is long-term.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Who are we looking for?

We are looking for passionate experienced employment services professionals. You must have a great work ethic, be passionate, fair and willing to support your clients to find work that’s right for them.

Ideally you will have strong administration skills, attention to detail and must follow our compliance guidelines.
