Our Frankston Heights service is currently seeking motivated people who are interested in joining the Early Education Sector. We offer traineeships so that you can complete your study whilst on the job training. Certificate 3 and Diploma qualifications are offered. Join our wonderful team of educators to provide high quality care and education for children aged 0-6 years.

The roles and responsibilities associated with this position include:

- Work with our highly skilled educators to learn to role of a childcare educator
- Working in partnerships with families to strengthen the crucial link between the home and education settings.
- Support children in their education environment and routines
- Have a current Working with children's check
- Have a commitment to the provision of high quality childcare with an interest in the care, learning and development of young children.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with colleagues, families and children.
- Punctual, reliable and flexible.
- Must demonstrate good quality interactions with children, families and colleagues.
- Be available to work a rotating roster between the hours of 6:30am-6:30pm Monday to Friday

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $22.36 per hour
