Guest Services Receptionist is responsible for providing efficient, accurate, timely and effective support and assistance to the guest at the resort in a friendly manner.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to
- Being the first point of contact for all guest and visitors.
- Be responsible for completing a wide variety of office tasks.
- Taking bookings and organizing the booking ledger.
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls as required
- Continual contact with Front Office Manager
- Be available to work across a 7-day week including rotating weekends.

To be considered you will have
- Preferred: minimum of 2-4 years’ accommodation/tourism reception experience
- Receptionist or Guest Services experience, people skills are an absolute must
- A National Police Clearance, or be willing to obtain
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to establish priorities and manage workloads effectively
- A personable approach and professional manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

- Noosaville, QLD 4566: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Guest services: 1 year (preferred)
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
