**About the Opportunity**
The Finance Officer will ensure the organisation and delivery of high-quality financial information and reporting. The role will be working under the Finance Manager and assisting with the day-to-day finance functions for the whole organisation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring and actioning correspondence through a shared Administration inbox
- Finance administration within the Aged Care Provider Portal
- Finance administration within the client management system
- Preparation of written correspondence
- Assisting with billing
- Preparing data entry for the client management system
- Assisting with reconciliation of client data
**About You**
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and client management systems
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Business (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to process large volumes of data with high accuracy
- Works well in a team and independently
- Good attention to detail, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
You must also be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate before commencing employment as well as a functional assessment.
