**About the Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive environment with ongoing training and development to extend your knowledge and skills within the hospitality industry.

In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:

- Providing an exceptional customer service experience to our members and guests
- Promoting specials and upselling food and beverage items
- Processing orders and delivering accurate, friendly, and efficient service
- Preparing and serving food and beverages within the Coffee Shop
- Assisting patron enquiries/requests and providing accurate Club information
- Maintaining general cleanliness of all service areas

**About you**

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused **Coffee Shop Attendant** to join our talented and friendly team

and ensure an exceptional level of customer service is offered to our members and guests.

**To be successful in this role you need to have**:

- Previous Café experience
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Outstanding communication skills
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
- Flexibility to work between the hours of 4pm to 10pm including weekends and public holidays (Tuesday's and Wednesday's essential)
- Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)
- Full Australian working rights.
