**We are currently seeking a Coffee Shop/Club Attendant join our team at The Lakemba Club. **In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties**:

- Providing an exceptional customer service experience to our members and guests
- Promoting specials and upselling food and beverage items
- Processing orders and delivering accurate, friendly, and efficient service
- Preparing and serving food and beverages within the Coffee Shop
- Assisting patron enquiries/requests and providing accurate Club information
- Maintaining general cleanliness of all service areas

**About you**

You will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on a rotating 7-day roster
- Valid NSW Competency Card (or willingness to obtain)
