Busy Cafe in Gwelup looking for a HANDS ON Cafe Manager who has a strong hospitality background and is experienced in a busy cafe environment.

The key duties of the role will include but not be limited to:
The role will involve staff management including supervising of shifts, ensuring food & coffee is consistent and top quality, along with management of stock control and daily ordering.
- A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Have a proven ability to successfully manage, train, motivate and lead staff.
- Process a strong focus and passion for customer service.
- Be hard working, and have an eye for detail.
- Have Barista and food prep experience
- Be willing to jump in and do all tasks including dishes, running tables etc.
- Be available for flexible working hours 7 days a week between 5.30am and 4.30pm.
- Take pride in their presentation and display strong communication skills.
