**The Role**

**Through our extensive growth and expansion, we have several Trade Assistant roles available at our custom built, stand-alone power system manufacturing facility.**

As a **Trade Assistant**, you will be supporting trades people and senior leaders in their daily tasks, adhering to safety protocols and comprehensive quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Completing all assigned duties
- General works including, manufacturing, assembly, potentially wiring and testing for the electrically inclined.
- Updating work logs and handling other administrative duties
- Responsible for compliance with Health and Safety policies, ensuring workplace compliance, and reporting hazards and near misses.
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork.

**About You**
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver on reasonable requests to perform works.
- Being engaged, active and attentive
- Developed interpersonal and communications skills.
- Understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
- Interested in fabrication, electrical or assembly.
- Thrive working as part of a team.
- Enjoy repetitive tasks.
- Great communication skills.
