We are currently seeking a Product Owner/Integration Manager - Data & Protection who will play a pivotal role in maximising the commercial value from RCT’s data and protection product suites, increasing growth across the markets globally and the seamless integration of propriety products on OEM machines. This position will be reporting to the Head of Product Management.

**The key focus of this role includes but will not be limited to**:

- Grow the business within the markets (success measured by revenue, new customersand new off-the-shelf product innovations
- Be responsible for RCT proprietary product integration to OEM machinery
- Develop an understanding of the user experience and have the ability to investigate the market to obtain feedback firsthand.
- Understand customer requirements and demonstrate how product can be utilised to provide solutions with costing, timing, and resources included in the proposals.
- Develop product roadmaps, based on inputs from the Product Portfolio Manager, front end teams, market research and existing capabilities within the business
- Manage requests for any technical changes to products, given an understanding of the engineering required to do the changes
- Conduct testing, utilising existing test protocols or develop new ones as required.
- Be the interface between Engineering and Product Managers

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:

- Appropriate Electrical Engineering or mechanical engineering/trade background
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in Customer engagement and market requirements
- Experience in working with mobile mining equipment
- Ability to read and create Electrical schematics
- Ambition, drive and energy to achieve outstanding results
- Strong numerical and literacy skills and the ability to think laterally to solve complex problems
- An innovative mindset and ability to think laterally to quickly problem solve, together with flexibility and a willingness to adapt to and embrace change.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with ambiguity; prioritising changing deadlines whilst focussed on the business and customer experience
