**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking a **full-time on-going Production Controller** to join our team, based at our factory/warehouse in **Kewdale**. This is a fantastic leadership opportunity within a busy production/manufacturing environment in one of Australia’s leading engineered lifting solutions equipment manufacturers.

As a Production Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and its people.

Some key accountabilities of this role include but are not limited to:

- Ensure that individual and team outputs/KPIs/targets are met and sustained.
- Oversee production output, making adjustments to workflow and schedules as required.
- People management, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, and day-to-day support.
- Create efficiencies and process improvements to assist with cost savings.
- Oversight of quality control for relevant areas, ensuring that relevant standards are met.
- Complete job estimates
- Ensure that relevant safety/OHS practices are adhered to at all times.
- Associated administration

**WHO YOU ARE**

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who has:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position (e.g., Team Leader or Manager) within manufacturing, warehousing, or similar.
- Experience using Lean Manufacturing methodologies an advantage.
- End-to-end people management experience, including recruitment, performance management, mentoring.
- Exposure to financial reporting, analysis, and estimates.
- Intermediate to advanced computer usage (including Outlook, Excel, Word).

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
