Diebold Nixdorf Professional Services Team Leader- About the role- As a Professional Services Team Leader you will be in charge of a cross functional team of engineers, delivering projects for some of the biggest banks and financial players in Australia. In this role you will be basically wearing 3 hats: People Management, Delivery, and Technical Leading.**People Management**:You'll be in charge of supporting and grooming a team composed by Engineers, QAs, and SAs, coaching and driving high performance and career development. Your goal as Team Leader is to make sure the team is engaged and motivated, while keeping a collaboration culture aligned with DN values.**Delivery**: You are responsible for the successful delivery of the PS DN Projects in Australia. This means you will be in charge of doing proper upfront capacity planning, making sure that the right resources with the right skillset will be available to deliver the projects. When required, you'll need to consider cross training or consult with regional resources to cater for cases where the local team is not capable of delivering an opportunity. During the execution of the project, you will be working side by side with the Account Managers and the Project Mangers to make sure the project stays healthy, or take the required measures to ensure its success.**Technical Leading**: As Team Leader you will be the focal point for new opportunities. In this role you will play a key part in the presales process for future opportunities. You will work with your team and global SMEs to provide the right solution and an accurate estimation.
