Our client is a leading eyewear brand with over 60 years of history in manufacturing and distribution. Stocking the latest in fashion, luxury and sports eyewear this is a premium technical product so providing the highest level of customer service and knowledge to the customer is the number one priority. Proven to be a world-class leader in sustainability and supporting charities this company is a powerhouse

**The Job Role**:
In this role you will lead a motivated and passionate team of experienced optical professionals, delivering world class customer service and identifying how you can maximise customers’ lifestyle enjoyment factor with appropriate eyewear and eye care, including sunglasses, lenses, frames and accessories.

As an effective leader you will engage and influence the team by coaching, developing and inspiring them to be their best. You will also explore ways to further advance your store’s performance and be accountable for outstanding success. Essential in delivering on this target will be ensuring corporate initiatives and standards are met in terms of visual merchandising, stock management and best practice.

**What you will Have**:

- Experienced manager with strong leadership skills
- Self motivated with the ability to inspire your team
- Open to learning optical concepts and develop competence in your team
- Understand budgets, expense control and KPIs
- Willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets and other KPI's
- Exceptional attention to detail and a solution focused mindset
- A well organised manager with a desire to continually improve
- Optical experience would be ideal but not essential
