**We're Hiring: VCE Biology Resource Developer - Flexible & Remote-Friendly**

**Job Type**: Casual/Contract | Flexible Hours
**Location**: Remote or Hybrid (Melbourne-based preferred)

About the Role

As a **VCE Biology Resource Developer**, you will:

- Create **High-Quality Worksheets** aligned with the current VCAA Study Design
- Design **Practice SACs** that mimic real assessments and test key skills
- Develop **Workshop Materials** that are engaging, informative, and student-friendly
- Collaborate with our tutoring team to ensure consistency in explanations, question design, and learning outcomes
- Maintain clear formatting, structure, and solutions that match top-scoring expectations
- Contribute to a growing library of resources used by students across Victoria

**Requirements**:

- Strong VCE Biology Background - Raw 45+ in Biology or extensive teaching experience in VCE Biology
- Attention to Detail - Ability to create clear, error-free content
- Strong Written Communication Skills - Especially in explaining scientific concepts simply and accurately
- Familiarity with the VCE Study Design - Including data analysis and extended response sections
- Independent & Reliable - Comfortable working with mínimal supervision and meeting deadlines
- Experience Preferred - Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or writing educational content
- Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and non-compete clause to protect company intellectual property
