$99,015- $107,732 (exc Super) + monthly RDO
A little bit about the role and you
This kind of role doesn’t come around very often
This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital supporting role to our Director, Places & Spaces by utilising your exceptional administrative and relationship skills to ensure the effective management of the Director’s office. With your ability to assess and prioritise work you will ensure the business support function is carried out in a timely and efficient way. You will be calm and composed in handling a range of demands, able to refine and improve processes, all the while using your excellent customer support experience by dealing with all customers and colleagues in a respectful and professional manner.
You will have excellent written communication skills, to be able to prepare and complete correspondence, reports and agenda’s, and ensure appointments are managed efficiently by communicating with all stakeholders (both internal and external). You will be present at regular meetings and providing administrative support in a timely manner. You will work collaboratively establishing strong trustworthy relationships to be a conduit between the Director and proactively manage incoming queries, prioritising them based on your expertise in working through sensitive organisational/political matters.
This is a wonderful position to showcase your outstanding administrative skills, work collaboratively with employees across Council and play your part in the achievement of our strategic objectives.
