We are looking for multiple motivated and driven Sales Associates to join our award-winning team. You will be working alongside a high performing agent within a fast paced office.

Your day to day duties will include;
- Prepare for & conduct open homes
- Buyer call backs & manage appointments
- Buyer database management
- Prospecting to generate new leads - cold calling / door knocking
- Assisting with agent database management
- Data entry in to CRM
- Attend sales meetings & training
- Create vendor reports
- Diary management & ad hoc tasks
- Attending auctions
- Depending on team/agent structure, some administrative duties will be required

**Requirements**:
- Preferably 12 months experience in a real estate or a sales role
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Vehicle
- An understanding of the real estate sales process and legislation
- Excellent communications skills - both verbal and written
- Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- The ability to manage and complete high volumes of work

These roles are Monday-Saturday roles with one day off during the week as negotiated with the sales agent.
