An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate **Chef de Partie (CDP)** to join the culinary team at the Art Gallery of NSW.

**Your Role**
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently across all Events
- Lead and run your assigned section efficiently during busy service
- Support the Executive and Sous Chefs in ensuring smooth event execution
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and quality
- Adapt menus in collaboration with senior chefs to reflect current Gallery exhibitions
- Actively participate in the setup and breakdown of events
- Step up to assist in kitchen leadership during senior chefs' absence

**About You**
- Minimum **2 years’ experience** as CDP or equivalent in a high-volume, premium catering or fine dining environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Thrives under pressure and brings energy and enthusiasm to service
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and maintain consistency during high-volume events
- Valid Australian working rights (citizenship, residency or full working visa)
