**About the role**

We’re recruiting for a
**Junior Sales Specialist **to join our Sales team Our Sales team are at the forefront of our customer service offering and hold an important role in helping Small Business Owners get access to a Bizcap Loan

You’ll be mentored by a Senior Loan Specialist with the view of being promoted into a Loan Specialist Role after 6 months if your targets are hit

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Making high volume inbound/outbound phone calls
- Fielding basic questions about Bizcap loans and pre-qualifying customers
- Provide best in class customer experience to our customers
- Manage your growing pipeline and tasks

- After 6 months, a lucrative, uncapped commission structure
- Fantastic mentorship from a Senior Sales Agent that will nurture you into a solid Sales professional
