Job Overview:
As a Bakery All-Rounder, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks across different areas of the bakery, focusing on customer service, product presentation, and store upkeep. You will assist with handling customer orders, maintaining cleanliness, restocking products, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the day. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a bakery setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and assisting with product selections.
- Product Display & Stocking: Ensure bakery products are displayed attractively and restocked regularly. Maintain a clean, organised front-of-house area.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Regularly clean display cases, counters, shelving, and other areas of the store. Ensure the bakery is kept tidy and hygienic at all times.
- Packaging: Package baked goods neatly and efficiently for customers, ensuring proper portioning and presentation.
- Assisting in Order Fulfillment: Help fulfill large or special orders as directed by the manager, ensuring all items are prepared and packaged correctly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the bakery. Provide support in other areas when needed.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure the bakery is compliant with health regulations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team, with flexibility to take on different tasks as required.
- Must be able to work weekends and peak hours.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry boxes of bakery products or ingredients as needed.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a busy, warm environment.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
