**Functions of the role**:
- Recruiting for a full range of positions, that will definitely keep you on your toes. This will include those position that require more of a strategic approach, to those of a blue-collar nature.
- This will be done through the building of strong and effective working relationships as a trusted advisor with the leaders of the Underground Division.
- Provide leaders with various recruitment strategies, solutions and hiring advice to meet their requirements.
**About you**:
- Previous work history as a recruiter within a mixture of white
- and blue-collar environments - (the previous recruiting experience is kind of essential)
- Be process driven and be accountable for your portfolio. Its your own portfolio to look after (and yes this means if you can see a better way of undertaking a task, then you have the ability to influence this change)
- Enjoy your work, able to operate independently or in a team, and enjoy a laugh. No micromanagement
