**Your Role**
We're looking for a Maintenance Fitter for our B&D Garage Doors site in Kilsyth, VIC. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct preventative maintenance, periodic maintenance and repair to production tools as required for the Kilsyth facility
- Ensure that efficient, effective and safe work practices are conducted in fully utilising plant, equipment, tool making processes and operating systems
- Ensures that there is an awareness and focus by the maintenance team on the ultimate need for customer satisfaction
- The ability to work cross functionally with production understanding their requirements for available equipment

**Skills & Experience**
- Trade Certificate (Fitter and Turner)
- Proficient Lathe and Milling skills essential
- Good welding skills, preferred but not necessary
- Preferred but not necessary demonstrated experience in hydraulics & pneumatics
- Experience & problem-solving skills related to roll forming and manufacturing machinery highly advantageous
