Full-time Retail Jewellery Sales Person

We are currently looking for an experienced, well-mannered and enthusiastic retail sales assistant to join our sales team in Perth CBD.

We are looking for an amazing salesperson. You will need to be well presented, a good problem solver, energetic, well-spoken and a hands-on individual with a keen interest in the jewellery and gemstone industry, customer service and sales.

You will be responsible to ensure our customer requirements are met whilst ensuring our store standards are maintained. You must be an experienced retailer with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for sales. You will spend your days selling and maintaining the large range of products we sell as well as working alongside a team of friendly equally driven individuals who are very passionate about our products and services.

**The Role**
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Deliver great customer service
- Continually strive to upskill your own ability through training and research of the products we sell.
- Use your new-found knowledge to educate customers on their purchases and their jewellery repair needs.
- Assist the management team with any store operational activities, including cleanliness, stock management, merchandising & daily store closures
