**About the Role**:
**This role is an oppurtinity for current Ventia Employees**
- Ventia has an exciting opportunity as a Customer Resolutions Support to join and support our Telecommunications Sector. This is a great opportunity for fostering positive relationships and collaboration among a wide range of stakeholders, managing customer enquiries through to resolution, in line with our client requirements.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage landowner queries and complaints in collaboration with both Ventia internal team and Field team.
- Manage escalated and sensitive complaints ensuring strict adherence to KPIs and alignment with client expectations.
- Proactively resolve issues through structured conflict resolution processes and cross-functional collaboration, guaranteeing timely and high-quality service outcomes.
- Capture data, documentation and correspondence in both internal and client platforms.
- Where required, liaise with the client to problem solve and troubleshoot solutions.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including local residents and councils.
- Work within a wider, large supportive and experienced team.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- To be successful in the role, you must demonstrate previous experience in a conflict resolutions environment, preferably within a large construction environment.
- Experience in manipulating data in CRM based software systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability work independently and a team player; works collaboratively with others
- The ability to prioritise competing demands and manage your time effectively
- Empathetic nature coupled with a resilient personality
- Sound problem solving abilities to manage enquiries and complaints
- Focused mindset with a commitment to meeting project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
