**Your New Opportunity**:
An excellent **full time**, **permanent** opportunity exists for a **Credits Supervisor** to join our dynamic team based at our Wacol, **National Parts Distribution Centre** where you will support the parts supply chain team in our warehouse facility. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Provide an efficient and accurate service to dealers and customers with credit and core requests relating to parts and associated products;
- Process credit / core requests in line with departmental goals and in accordance with policies, procedures and approvals;
- Process, investigate and authorise requests for parts returns and core returns for credit;
- Ensure data integrity and accurate processing when recording credit transactions;
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and customers;
- Identify and resolve anomalies in credit and core requests;
- Identify cost saving opportunity and process improvements;
- Continually improve the level of service provided to customers and dealers;
- Ensure cost efficiencies with parts credits and core management;
- Ensure transactions and data are recorded within information systems;
- Comply with preferred supplier arrangements;
- Analyse parts credit and core return requirements and identify suppliers and best cost arrangements;
- Identify cost saving opportunity and process improvements;
- Work with purchasing team to ensure core return schedule is documented in advance.

**About You**:

- Parts product knowledge and familiarity with heavy vehicle and engine industry;
- Customer service experience;
- Administration experience;
- Credit / Core Return / Warranty experience;
- A strong customer focus;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Forklift (LH, LO) licence.
