**Your tasks**:

- To develop and sustain trusted Defence, government and industrial relationships through which productive sales and collaborative relationships can be exercised.
- Engage with Senior Management in client and partner organisations, sharing R&S vision and direction
- In conjunction with the ISS Manager, set strategic direction, vision and goals for AIR [and space] Domain within the Integrated Systems and Solutions (ISS) Department.
- Manage strategic stakeholder relationships for the benefit of R&S
- To work closely with Capability Delivery & Sustainment (CD&S) Department leadership to ensure client expectations are achieved or exceeded.
- Support and develop the Domain and Sales leads understanding of strategic direction, vision and goals and translation into practical and executable plans.
- To position R&S Australia as a thought leader across all markets of interest through the establishing yourself as a thought leader to this regard.
- To develop and position R&S Australia in the most favorable position to win major acquisition contracts (or a substantive portion of) including AIR6500, not least develop a portfolio of programs with local ANSPs (Airways NZ and Airservices Australia) and RAAF. This includes the development of an industrial scenario which supports this favorable position.
- As a domain head to work with the other domain heads (Land, Maritime and CEMA) as a unified and integrated high performing team.
