Connect2Care is looking for an individual to sit within our Employee Relations Team who will be responsible for providing HR administrative support to employees across the business. Reporting to the General Manager and working alongside the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with key stakeholders and liaising with a 3rd party firm for all HR requirements.
- Be responsible for building relationships with employees.
- Rolling out policies and procedures
- Assist employees and managers with HR-related queries.
- Assist with the coordination of the induction, onboarding and off boarding process for employees.
- Manage administration function of Human Resource Information System - BambooHR
- Assisting the talent acquisition team with administrative duties
- Be a key point of contact for employee lifecycle activities.
- Ensure compliance requirements are adhered to by employees.
