**ABOUT THE ROLE: Permanent position available Personal Care Assistants at Mercy Place Nixon, Mercy Place Corben, Mercy Place Northcliffe - Night shift, Morning shift, Afternoon shift**

**Summary of the role**:Join our friendly team of Personal Care Assistants at Mercy Place Nixon, Mercy Place Corben, Mercy Place Northcliffe and provide high quality care to our residents. Come make a difference in the lives of our residents**
- Full Time / Part Time positions available at Mentone, Mordialloc, Edithvale
- Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy Health
- Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care
- Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information
- Preferred availability during the evening, over-night and weekends.
- Salary is in line with Enterprise Agreement and will be based on your years of experience (hourly base rate between $25.117-$27.8368)

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate in a team environment and report/document in line with requirements
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care.
