**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Allcoast Roof Services** is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Internal Sales Team Member**to join their trade team.

**This is permanent, full-time opportunity, 6:00am - 2:30pm shift.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Keying customer orders, drawing of flashings and processing supplier purchase orders in our point-of-sale system.
- Communicating with customers in relation to missing information or answer queries
- Creating of job packs for other departments for manufacturing, picking slips and delivery dockets.
- Liaise with Operations, Sales, Manufacturing and Transport Teams.
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- ** Essential**:Experience in internal sales team environment
- ** Desirable**:Experience in POS Systems
- Knowledge of metal and/or tile roofing is highly advantageous
- Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of commitment to achieve desired results
- Experience in a fast moving, forever changing and improving environment.
- Assist customers and Sales Representatives in arranging orders and ensuring they are processed within the cut off times.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as a proven ability to work and manage their workload reliably and independently
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
