We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. If you are enthusiastic about gaming operational management and have a passion for gaming, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. While this is a casual opportunity, there will be plenty of hours available.
As the Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the team within our venue. Responsibilities include:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the venue including the gaming room, ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience for patrons.
Supervise the opening and closing procedures of the venue, including cash handling processes and security protocols.
Monitor gaming equipment functionality, promptly reporting any maintenance or technical issues for resolution.
Lead and motivate a team of gaming staff, providing guidance and support to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers
Manage gaming room operations, including monitoring game play, resolving customer queries, and handling any issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies to maintain a secure and responsible gaming environment.
**To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate**:
Proven experience as a Duty Manager/Gaming Manager within high volume gaming operations venues
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage by working as one team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and resolve issues effectively
In-depth knowledge of gaming operations, including compliance with regulations and customer service standards
Current NSW RSA/RCG/ARCG
