**About Us**
**About the Role**
We are seeking a proactive Location Manager to join our team at Clarence Melbourne. This role is pivotal in driving retention and growth by maintaining strong relationships with office and virtual members while managing the location and the Member Services team.
In this role you will be responsible for
- Building and maintain positive relationships with existing office and virtual members
- Lead the Member Services team at your location
- Dealing customer enquiries, driving an excellent customer experience
- Act as the eyes and ears of Clarence regarding member feedback on renewals, upgrades, and terminations, communicating insights to your manager
- Drive client engagement through the delivery of events that foster a strong and connected Clarence community
- Being active part of client onboarding process
- Understanding of proposals and agreements in order to ensure smooth onboarding and transition processes
- Maintain close communication with Sales and Finance teams regarding changes to member arrangements
- Regularly liaise with members to ensure they are informed about the suite of services Clarence provides, upselling where appropriate
- Understand the sales process at your location and give location tours as required
- Develop strong working relationships between Clarence and its suppliers and building management
- Create engaging events that showcases the value of the Clarence community and network, for existing and prospective members.
**About You**
- 2-5 years’ experience in similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline will be highly required
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach with a strong interest in customer-centric sales activities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- Strong people management skills
- Keen attention to detail
