**The role**

Based in Rydalmere and covering the Sydney metro area, this role will be responsible for service, fault finding, new project works, software/hardware upgrades, repairs and maintenance of BMS Control Systems - specifically Carrier’s own brand iVu and CCS systems

**To be successful**

We are looking for a customer-focused service technician with the ability to provide an excellent experience to our clients in the field. Therefore, you will have;- A high level of communication skills (oral and written).- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures.- Ability to take ownership of problems following through to resolution.- Self-motivated individual who is proactive, professional, punctual, well presented with a can-do attitude- Ability to work unsupervised as part of a close-knit team- Dedicated to high quality EH&S and Ethical standards

**You will need the following**:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with HVAC systems and comprehensive knowledge of BMS systems and components - those with Chiller experience will be highly regarded- Trade qualifications in Air Conditioning and refrigeration and/or Electrical controls- Current and valid Australian driver's license;
