In addition you must have the following:
Current Police check
Certificate III or IV in individual support, home and community care, disability or equivalent
Current or willing to obtain First Aid Certificate, CPR
Good written and verbal communication skills
Caring attitude with a strong focus on customer service
Self-motivated with good organisational skills
Ability to provide professional references
Must have own Smart Mobile Phone
Must have Drivers License with access to a reliable vehicle
