We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join on long term contract. Working with Delivery teams and vendors to develop and define technical testing frameworks and quality definition, ensuring solutions are adequately proven and assessed by functional teams for usability and to operate as per design. Feedback of defects and into product backlog for resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in QSR industry preferred
- End-to-End tech stack experience
- Proven ability to work well in a dynamic, flexible team environment
- Must be a resourceful and proactive self-starter
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to balance high quality stands with schedule pressures
- Ability to stay flexible and solution-oriented.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
